All UAP investigations ground to halt - House voting for speaker Tuesday
Ep. 64 — Reps. Tim Burchett (R-TN)
2

Everything on Capitol Hill remains ground to a halt, because the House of Representatives remains speaker-less. Earlier last week, we asked Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) where then opponents, former Speaker-Designate Steve Scalise and current Speaker-Designate Jim Jordan, were on disclosure.

"I don't know. I don't know. They both agreed that we need to do something about it, though. So I'm confident there. I'm not worried about it,"

That’s about all we got.

Friend of Ask a Pol Joe Murgia sent us this on the interwebs:

As of now—and the GOP’s plan has regularly been upended of late—the full House is slated to vote to pick the next speaker early Tuesday afternoon.

Senate’s back this week too. Though, Laslo’s out Thursday-Monday (cause he worked one 72 hour straight stretch last week after a 10-day straight stretch the week before).

I cover Congress different. I listen. Learning daily. Even while throwing stones at all the glass houses. This will be a stream of my noteworthy interviews. They're conducted at the US Capitol, if not otherwise noted. Matt Laslo is a veteran congressional reporter, Johns Hopkins University lecturer, fmr. Vice News Tonight/HBO correspondent, etc.
