Huh. Wouldn't have thought that gun manufacturers would lack any access to capital given they can be publicly traded.
Its more technical than i made it out to be. Though im still studying its implications, as are staffers across Washington.
Think its more, it tightens rules so banks cant target or discriminate against certain sectors.
